The reduction in mechanical control elements made it possible to simplify the development of the device by medical personnel, to significantly increase the reliability of the device, and maintainability. It will become much more convenient for users to work with built-in programs - the programs are accompanied by photographs of the location of the electrodes and text descriptions of the procedure (frequency and total number of procedures, location of electrodes, recommended current intensity).

The two independent electrotherapy channels of the Endomed 482 allow the use of most low and medium frequency current forms. The dimensions and weight of the new series of devices have been further reduced, which makes them easier to use outside of physiotherapy rooms. An optional built-in battery ensures continuous operation throughout the day.
